Paris, November 2, 2020 – Hivest Capital, an independent French private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Amplexor Business Services S.A. (the « Group » or « Amplexor Business Services »).
For over 30 years, Amplexor Business Services has been a leading player in the digital document engineering market for the defense, energy, telecommunication and aeronautics sectors. The recognized expertise of the Group, as well as its strong know-how in project management, have enabled it to build a strong reputation among its blue chip customer base. Amplexor Business Services employs 600 people operating across 7 sites in France.
Hivest Capital, alongside the management team, aims to consolidate the Group’s positioning on its market, as well as to pursue its development within related consulting and engineering activities, in particular through acquisitions.
