Face, backed by Hivest Capital, has acquired SECTI, a specialized player in works on occupied industrial buildings

Paris, Périgny-sur-Yerres and Marcilloles – January 24, 2024

SECTI, specialist in renovation works in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, has joined Face, one of the French leaders of the building envelope market.

This is Face’s second external growth operation since its acquisition by Hivest Capital Partners in July 2021. This acquisition allows Face to add to its maintenance and renovation offer (Face Service Expert) the ability to work on occupied industrial buildings envelope, with specific expertise in asbestos removal.

Founded in 1971, SECTI has gained a strong foothold in the renovation market with industrial customers in the Rhone Valley, thanks to its expertise in working on complex projects. SECTI strengthens the Face Service Expert division with a new site in Isère, contributing to FACE’s development in the maintenance-renovation of existing buildings.

This acquisition marks a new phase in Face’s development, and underlines Hivest Capital’s ability and willingness to support the growth of market leaders.
