This information has been prepared in accordance with article 313.8 of the General Regulations of the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), and with AMF instruction n° 2012-07. Claims processing times
HIVEST CAPITAL PARTNERS undertakes to send the customer an acknowledgement of receipt within 10 days, in the event that the claim cannot be processed more quickly. From the date of this acknowledgement, the claim will be processed within a maximum of 2 months.
Recourse
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may appeal to the Mediation officer of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, by completing the mediation request form.
