Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Coralie worked as a Compliance Analyst at Orange Wholesale.
Coralie holds a double degree in European business law and languages. She studied law at Paris Saclay University and legal translation in English and Spanish at ISIT.
Axel started his career as an entrepreneur, owner and manager of Opale SMR, a firm specialized in cost reduction consulting for SMEs and SMIs. Additionally, he worked as a consultant for 2 years at Bain & Company’s Paris office.
He then worked for 6 years as a Director at H.I.G Capital Paris office.
Before founding Hivest Capital Partners, Axel founded in 2013 an investment holding company focused on SME takeovers, which he then managed.
Axel graduated from Harvard Business School (MBA) and the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (Engineering).
Guillaume started his career with Pechiney Group as an internal audotpr in North America, then as an industrial management controller in Brazil.
He then worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & company for nearly 10 yeats and later on in turnaround / operational performance improvement at AlixPartners. He also worked for 2 years as an Investment Director at the Pechel investment fund.
Before joining Hivest Capital, Guillaume was since 2014 the co-founder of Chorus, a web agency specialized in digital transformation.
Guillaume graduated from the Wharton Business School (MBA) and HEC.
Denis started his career in the Expertise-Audit department at Crowe RSA, where he worked for three years.
He then spent two years in the Asset Management department at RSM Paris, managing the accounting, tax, and financial operations of several asset management companies and their investment funds.
Denis holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Auditing (CCA), as well as a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from IAE Bretagne.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Barthélemy worked as a strategy consultant at Advancy.
He began his career in the M&A team at Lazard and in general inspection at Société Générale.
Barthélemy graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Hena worked in the EMEA Travel Retail team of the Japanese group Shiseido.
Hena has a master’s degree in Management and International Business from Sorbonne Université.
Clémence began her career in the Asset Management department at PwC
She then worked within the Finance Department at PAI Partners for 7 years.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Clémence handled the financial activities of a leading family office.
Clémence graduated from Audencia Nantes.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Michael worked in H.I.G. Capital’s U.S. Lower Middle Market buyout fund. He began his career at Wells Fargo in Investment Banking.
Michael earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and received both an undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of Florida.
Before joining Hivest Capital, Roland worked in the entertainment and gaming industry, as Chief of Staff at ESL FACEIT Group in Germany and Publishing Manager at Voodoo in France.
Roland began his career with internships in M&A (BNP Paribas) and Private Equity (H.I.G. Capital, Hivest Capital).
Roland is a graduate of ESSEC Business School (Master in Management).
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Ines worked in various luxury establishments such as the Hotel De Paris Saint Tropez or the Park Hyatt Dubai.
She also worked as an Event Manager at OLIOLI, one of the very first creative and interactive museums for children in Dubai.
Ines holds an MBA in International Hospitality in Luxury Brand and Tourism Management from CMH (Centre de Management Hôtelier).
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Germain worked as a Transaction Services consultant at PwC and in the investment team at Alandia Industries.
He graduated from EDHEC Business School.
Cédric began his career at Lazard.
He then joined the investment fund Qualium in 2005.
Before founding Hivest Capital Partners, Cédric worked from 2008 to 2016 at H.I.G Capital Paris Office as participated in the H.I.G Capital launch in Europe where he worked for almost 9 years in the Paris office as a Principal and Sector Head Consumer & Retail for Europe.
He graduated from ESCP Business School.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Marin worked within the investment team of Equistone Partners Europe and H.I.G. Capital.
Marin graduated from HEC Paris (Master in International Finance).
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Alexandre was a Manager within the FCDE investment team. Prior to that, he worked as a Corporate Finance Consultant at Accuracy.
Alexandre graduated from HEC.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Yousra studied International Relations and International Law in England.
Yousra holds an LL.M from the University of Bristol University.
Gregory’s career began in markets, working as an equity derivatives trader for BNP Paribas in both New York and Paris. Later, he joined HSBC in Hong Kong and New York, holding various managerial roles over a decade. Gregory’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to develop diverse activities within the bank and launch ventures related to augmented reality (AR), hearing aids, and wine.
Gregory served as a Senior Advisor at JMC, a family office focused on industrial deals.
He holds an MSc in Engineering from Telecom Paris and an MBA from INSEAD.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, , Théophile worked within the investment team of Argos Wityu and Amundi.
Théophile graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Antoine began his career at BNP Paribas where he worked in the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team and in the private equity subsidiary of the group, BNP Paribas Développement.
Antoine graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Adrien worked in the Investor Relations team at Ardian in Paris and in the Business Development team at the Franco-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Madrid.

Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Frédéric had an extensive experience in business transformation and development, both as a consultant and a manager.
He began his career in consulting at Bossard Consultants.
He joined the industry in 1999, where he held several management positions at Pechiney, Alcan, and Rio Tinto.
As the General Manager of the Specialty Alumina Division of the Rio Tinto group, he participated in the acquisition of this business by H.I.G. Capital in 2012.
Frédéric then held the position of President of the Alteo group for 9 years, which was created on that occasion.
Frédéric graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris and holds a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Gaël worked in the M&A Mid Cap / Debt Advisory department of Rothschild & Co and in the Private Debt Mid Cap department of Bpifrance in Paris.
Gaël graduated from EM Lyon.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners, Thierry gained extensive experience in both Private Equity and business transformation, as a manager.
Thierry began his career in the Private Equity market, first in audit and transaction services at Arthur Andersen, then in structured finance at the Bank of Scotland, and finally in investment funds at Natixis Private Equity and later at Qualium (formerly CDC Capital Investissement).
He transitioned to the corporate world in 2010, initially as CFO of the Socotec Group (a Qualium LBO followed by Cobepa/Five Arrows).
Thierry then held the position of CEO of Hiventy Group (owned by H.I.G. Capital) for 7 years, where he achieved its transformation.
Thierry graduated from École Centrale Paris.
Before joining Hivest Capital Partners in 2016, Foucauld undertook internships at H.I.G. Capital in Paris and BNP Paribas’ M&A department.
He graduated from Sciences Po Paris.
