Videlio Group Announces the Acquisition of Lyon-Based Company Avantages Vidéo

Videlio, the French leader in the audiovisual integration market, finalized the acquisition of Avantages Vidéo on December 31, 2024. Based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, Avantages Vidéo specializes in workplace audiovisual integration and video surveillance. The acquisition encompasses 100% of the company.

Avantages Vidéo is a recognized key player in the integration and distribution of audiovisual and video surveillance solutions in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Founded in 1995 and led by Eric Magnin, the company has become a benchmark thanks to its technical expertise, tailored support, and strong regional presence. Its 18 employees bring their expertise to clients, including educational institutions, local authorities, and public administrations.
