Agora Makers, a pan-European industry leader specialising in the design and manufacturing of public lighting and street furniture solutions with leading brands including Eclatec, GHM, Metalco, Bellitalia & CityDesign, has finalized the acquisition of MyEquilibria (“Company“). As part of the transaction Gian Luca Botti Innocenzi, the founder and CEO, sold a portion of his stake in the Company while retaining a minority shareholding.
MyEquilibria, founded in 2015 with its first product launched in 2017, is engaged in the design and commercialization of outdoor fitness products and equipment. The Company holds 8 international patents, 2 apps with over 1.000 video tutorials, and the most exclusive functional training collection in the world. Over 7 years, it has completed more than 200 projects across 30 countries.

Banca Finint acted as sell-side financial advisor, while NCTM as legal advisor of the deal.
